During your initial consultation with Dr. Sudeep Punia, he will discuss your objectives and expectations for the procedure with you. This will include a complete medical history and an examination of the skin and soft tissue of the lips and surrounding areas. Our plastic surgeon will suggest a procedure that suits you best and answer any questions that you might have.
The Procedure
Our #1 priority is to make sure the treatments you receive are the very best for your skin type, concerns, and goals, so we begin with a thorough, complimentary consultation. Together, we’ll discuss and agree upon a treatment plan.
If VOLBELLA is the right option for you, we’ll confirm the injection points where we’ll place the product, cleanse the area, and give you a topical anesthetic to help numb the injection points. Injections are made using a very fine needle, and VOLBELLA contains the mild, temporary anesthetic lidocaine to make treatment quite comfortable.* The gel fills in lip lines and wrinkles while the hyaluronic acid within attracts and retains moisture for incredibly soft lips.*

Post Injection Procedure
Some patients experience bruising for several days after the injections, and you should schedule your injection at least one week in advance of an anticipated event or meeting.* The effects of the injection last up to 12 months, although this varies among patients.*
